What Breathwork Allows

What Breathwork Allows

Breathwork is a powerful practice that can provide an opportunity for individuals to know themselves more fully.

Keep your mind clear and your heart open so that you can hear your truth
— Kuan Yin

Back in April of this year, I trained with Elisha Tichelle and Co. in order to start facilitating breathwork sessions one on one with those who are interested. I am choosing to offer this service because I believe it helps contribute to self-awareness, self-responsibility, integrity, self-discovery, self-love, and resilience. These are all integral characteristics of a teaching artist who has found herself smack dab in the middle of a healer’s path. I have noticed huge shifts in my personal and professional growth due to my commitment to this particular style of breathwork. I am ready to offer this as an online service at this time!

You may be asking yourself, Why is it good to know myself more fully, Edy? I have learned that when I can be clear about who I am, I can show up as the person I want to be for myself, my family, my students, and our planet. When I know myself, I can trust myself to be in right relationship with others. And that’s the bottom line.

Being this updated version of myself (see Edymade 2.0 Beta: The Boundaries Edition) has enabled me to live in a state of awe, wonder, and gratitude. Best of all, I have a new Edymade creation for others to experience! Beginning on June 14th, 2024, I am accepting bookings for this new Edymade 2.0 Service.

In addition, I am officially launching the Edymade Breathwork Trade Circle, an opportunity for interested members to exchange the transformative power of breathwork. If you are a trained facilitator for this style of breathwork and you are interested in a reciprocal trade of online facilitation OR you wish to reciprocate with an exchange of comparable value, please join the mailing list below. You will receive a follow up email with details about how to set up a one-time or recurring trade.
