Semler Brossy Collection 2013

In September of 2013, I curated the newest collection of work for Semler Brossy, a consulting group located in Los Angeles, CA.  They asked me to select artists to represent some of their clients and to participate as an artist as well. It was a pleasure to play a double role of both artist and curator for the newest collection of Semler Brossy art.  Each artist put considerable care into choosing the company that became their theme.   Our individual research has resulted in a collective of painted interpretations representing the following 8 entities:  Coach; 24 Hour Fitness; Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc.; Select Comfort Corp.; Snap On Tools; Sotheby's; United Natural Food, Inc.; and JetBlue.  Artists involved were Aimee Wise, Robin Shapiro, Ingrid Elburg, Edy Pickens Levin, Kate Savage, Tara Lisa Foley, Carl Pomposelli, and Hilary Hahn.
