2022 is the year I began building an archive of images by publishing the newest iteration of Edymade with each moon cycle. Whenever the waxing moon reached its fullness, the newsletter went out to my list of subscribers. Not only did this keep me engaged with a cycle, it helped me stay accountable to sustaining a continuous effort toward my dream of being a full-time freelance artist.
This season, my curiosity led me toward a partnership with Society 6, a print-on-demand online marketplace of artwork that allows artists and designers to create their own online shops to sell their artwork on prints, posters, canvases, and other kinds of wall art, as well as on a variety of accessories. It’s delightful to work with my images and then see what they will look like on a product I can wear or decorate with in my home. Soon, I will send them to friends and/or patrons on my holiday list.
